Your tasks
Examination of property layouts and usage units based on technical plans (sanitary / heating)
Ensuring correct system mapping as well as high data quality as a basis for error-free billing
Quality assurance and technical examination of complex billings before customer dispatch
Creation and assessment of complex property and measurement concepts
Plausibility checks of reading and consumption values
Conducting root-cause analyses for billing errors and data deviations
Analysis and optimization of data flows as well as development of quality standards and testing mechanisms
Harmonization of procedures and quality standards between DECH & WCH
Training and technical support of the teams
Support in the further development of billing processes
Your qualifications
Training as a sanitary planner, heating planner, or building services engineer (HLKS)
Further education at the level of Technician HF / / Engineer FH is an advantage
Several years of professional experience (at least 8–10 years) in the field of building technology (sanitary / heating / HLKS)
Experience in reading and interpreting technical plans
Experience in the field of energy and service charge billing as well as with complex property and measurement concepts
Experience in analyzing complex circumstances, error patterns, and process optimizations
Good knowledge of SAP as well as experience with billing systems
Very good Excel skills as well as a high affinity for data analysis and system relationships
German and ösisch fluent in spoken and written
Analytical, structured, and quality-oriented personality with high initiative and assertiveness
