• Marketing and operations support works at the interface between our clients, the sales staff, and our uniformed service providers.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the order data, which is generated directly by the client or our sales team, is properly integrated into our operational systems, thereby ensuring high-quality service execution.
• You control the commercial aspects of a mandate and ensure correct billing of our services through your precise way of working.
• As a winning and communicative personality, you also enjoy daily customer contact and always seek a good solution with the internal interfaces.

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, dealing with people, and teamwork
• Communicative and yet discreet
• Good manners, well-groomed appearance
• German native language, French language skills are an advantage
• Very good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
