Your mission Ensure industrialization methods and support for personnel in the different departments while respecting deadlines and established standards, according to the deployed Lean Manufacturing approach. Your major responsibilities Steer the monitoring of industrialization projects for new products and accompany pre-series and series phases. Steer continuous improvement projects and the integration of new production processes. Develop tooling for new products and ensure its maintenance. Create and maintain technical product data (ranges, plans, work instructions, …). Steer machine investment projects and participate in technological monitoring. Your background and skills Engineering degree in industrial processes or a title deemed equivalent Desired experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position Analytical and synthesis skills Ability to unite and accompany change management Mastery of ERP data Good mastery of CAD Mastery of the Windows environment and the Office suite Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) Occupancy rate: Full time
