Introduction

Tasks

• Receipt and processing of customer orders
• Planning and dispatching of trucks incl. allocation of drivers, vehicles and products
• Coordination with suppliers (e.g. sand and binding agent transporters)
• Direct customer contact and coordination regarding appointments and orders
• Obtaining permits
• Organization of the procurement and delivery of commercial goods

Profile

• Commercial basic training and/or training in the field of logistics
• Initial experience in dispatching, logistics or in the construction environment is an advantage
• Proficient in handling MS Office and Outlook
• Very good German skills, further language skills (especially French) are a plus
• Exact, reliable and punctual way of working
• Organizational talent with enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact
