The BSA (Betriebs- und Sicherheitsausrüstung) area ensures the safe operation of our motorway infrastructure. We operate technical systems as well as the IT infrastructure in 30 tunnels and on 250 km of motorway. With us, you can expect no ordinary <<job>>, but a versatile task in a critical infrastructure. Due to growing technical requirements, we are expanding our team to further develop systems and master new challenges.

Your tasks

• Monitoring our IT systems as well as ensuring reliable operation
• Contact person for 1st-level support and assistance with technical concerns
• Management of the team mailbox as well as independent processing and coordination of inquiries
• Close cooperation within the team and active shaping of everyday work
• After sound induction, you will expand your tasks through assignments in on-call service (approx. every 6 weeks)

Your profile

• Initiative, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Team-oriented personality who enjoys working with others and pursuing common goals
• Technical training in the IT, electrical, telematics, or automation environment (e.g., HF degree or EFZ degree with corresponding further training or professional experience)
• Interest in technical contexts as well as motivation to continuously develop the acquired BSA specialist knowledge
