• 11 juillet 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Lausanne, 1005 Lausanne • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and l-Est vaudois, we are looking for ASSC (M/F) - Home care Your mission • Provide medico-technical care and basic care at the beneficiaries' homes. • Monitor patients' health status and transmit information to the reference nurse(s). • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans. • Accompany beneficiaries in activities of daily living. • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality care and maintenance at home. Your profile • CFC d-Assistant(e) en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) or an equivalent title. • For foreign diplomas: CRS recognition mandatory. • Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care. • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. • Sense of organization, listening, and teamwork. • Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities. • Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable. • Clean Swiss criminal record extract required.
