Kitchen & Work Integration Specialist ( 80 - 100% )

We are looking for an engaged and resilient personality for the area of kitchen and work integration for our client in the field of work integration.

Your tasks

• Professional guidance, support and promotion of participants in the work integration program
• Collaboration and role model function in kitchen and canteen operations
• Professional preparation of meals and ensuring quality standards
• Organization of workflows as well as stock management according to food regulations
• Conducting status and goal discussions as well as simple case documentation
• Ensuring occupational safety, hygiene and order
• Support in the areas of cleaning, laundry service and other work areas as needed

Your profile

• Training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ
• Professional experience in kitchen, housekeeping or comparable areas
• Joy in working with people in different life situations
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
• Good German skills as well as basic MS Office skills
• Positive, resilient and appreciative personality
