With the aim of completing our maintenance team at our production site in Granges (VS), we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a

Maintenance Manager (m-f)

Your mission

• Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians
• Monitor and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the factory
• Guarantee the availability of the installations as well as the optimal use of resources
• Organize, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work on the installations
• Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance
• Ensure the on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation
• Coordinate and support the operations of external companies

Your profile

• CFC agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy goods vehicle or similar
• Federal diploma of maintenance agent or a training deemed equivalent would be an asset
• Minimum professional experience of 5 years
• Ability to organize, supervise, unite and develop a team
• Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset)
• Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group
