Avalon Swiss Properties AG is an independent Swiss real estate company focusing on high-quality residential and multi-family properties. We focus on the acquisition, development, and long-term management of high-quality multi-family houses and residential properties in German-speaking Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager who will support the management of our real estate portfolio and professionally care for our tenants and properties.

Tasks

• Management of an exciting portfolio within the framework of classic real estate management
• Contact person for tenants, authorities, and tradespeople
• Organization and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• Monitoring of rent collection
• Assistance/creation of heating and operating cost statements
• Regular on-site inspection of the structural condition of our properties
• Participation in budgeting as well as support in reporting to the management
• Support in the optimization and digitalization of management processes

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Completed commercial training as well as further education in the real estate sector, preferably with a federal diploma as a Real Estate Manager, or a comparable qualification
• Solution-oriented, sympathetic personality who enjoys working in a dynamic team
• High digital affinity and proficient in handling MS Office and the use of AI tools
• Experience with Garaio REM as well as digital rental solutions is an advantage
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
