The acute station S3 caters to people in psychiatric exceptional situations who require intensive, inpatient treatment due to an acute mental illness. Careful psychiatric and somatic clarification as well as the assessment of personal life history form the basis for all therapies. The entire treatment program is aimed at coping with the current crisis and reintegration into old or newly to be designed circumstances and includes, in addition to recovery-oriented psychosocial support, also alternative treatment interventions such as NADA, phytotherapy and much more.

The ward is generally operated openly and implements the Safewards model. We are happy if you also participate with your ideas.

Your tasks

Flexibility and enjoyment of variety are central points. Because that is exactly what working in acute psychiatry means.

• responsibility for nursing development and review of nursing quality on the ward
• participation in subject-specific working groups and projects
• key person work: We treat our patients individually according to their needs and maintain contact with relatives
• In addition to individual conversations, group offers take place, which are also led by the nursing staff
• Our interprofessional cooperation is a huge strength and distinguishes us. Active co-design and involvement are central components of this cooperation.

Your profile

For this exciting activity, you bring a degree in nursing at HF / FH level and professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Professional competence, service orientation and a lot of humor are the most important qualities that you must bring.
