Imboden in St. Gallen, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare or Care Specialist internal, 70-90% Your tasks Active support of our clients in the development of their self- and social competence is one of your core tasks Taking over medical and nursing activities Supporting the clients in everyday life and leisure activities with a special focus on the development of physical and mental health Interdisciplinary cooperation with the employees of the daycare center In our interprofessional team, you will take on both substantive and administrative tasks in key person work with commitment Reflection and documentation of work according to quality standards Maintenance of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as contact with relatives and external specialists   Your profile An EFZ education as a Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist Experience in nursing and care that enables you to look after our clients competently and empathetically Enjoyment of teamwork and the willingness to gladly take on responsibility Interest in actively and constructively contributing to the continuous development of our work Your ability to reflect and openness to encountering people distinguish you in order to build sustainable relationships with the clients Social competence, good empathy and resilience A solution-oriented attitude and good German skills   We offer you   A committed team in a positive working atmosphere Further training and continuing education opportunities Independent, varied and responsible activities Working conditions based on the internal association personnel regulations, oriented towards the personnel law of the Canton of St. Gallen You can find all our detailed benefits on our career page!
