Here are your possibilities and tasks: ### • With your technical understanding, you analyze faults in photovoltaic installations and ensure a rapid and sustainable search for solutions • By monitoring installation data, you detect errors at an early stage and support the coordination of targeted measures • With your organization, you coordinate service, maintenance and repair interventions and support our service technicians with technical questions • As a competent contact person, you take care of our customers at first-level support and handle technical requests by telephone and in writing With your ideas, you continuously develop our service processes and our digital tools What characterizes you: ### • Completed technical training (e.g. installation electrician, assembly electrician, automation technician, solar fitter or equivalent) • Several years of practical experience in a technical environment, preferably in the photovoltaic field • You are curious about new processes and use modern digital media effectively and confidently • You are an organizational talent and keep an overview even when multiple tasks are to be managed simultaneously • You work autonomously, are reliable and nevertheless like to collaborate in a team What we offer you: We appreciate every member of the team.
