Estimator Civil and Road Construction (w/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Examination and assessment of projects in the acquisition phase
• Processing of tenders, creating bill of quantities and offers
• Negotiation with clients, construction management and suppliers
• Support of our young site managers and accompaniment of the projects up to post-calculation
• Processing, calculation and definition of the processes of BIM projects
• Writing of technical reports, creating of concepts
• and construction schedules

Your profile:

• You are a civil engineer, construction technician or site manager with corresponding proof of performance, ideally you have already worked as an estimator
• Organizational talent and a strongly pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize your independent way of working
• You optimize and lead projects and workflows efficiently and are motivated to lead project-related teams
• Communicative strengths as well as the ability to encounter problems proactively, calmly and solution-oriented make you a competent representative of our company
• You are IT-savvy and ideally proficient with Abacus, CAD or similar and Office 365
