Your role ##

  • Participate in the steering of strategic tax projects, by providing your expertise on direct and indirect taxes (withholding tax, VAT, stamp duty), transactional taxes, and withholding tax.

  • Assess tax risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise client classification and reporting processes to ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, and QI requirements, within the framework of tax transparency.

Your profile ##

  • University degree in law or economics.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in taxation, ideally acquired in a law firm or one of the "Big Four".
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to propose improvements to current practices.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
  • Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.
