• Process customs criminal files mainly in French
• Edit criminal decisions, indictments, and transfers to cantonal public prosecutor's offices as well as statements to the Federal Supreme Courts
• Represent the BAZG in indictment cases before cantonal criminal courts
• Conduct internal training and further education

• University degree in law with several years of professional experience in the field of criminal prosecution
• Analytical and precise way of working as well as excellent written and oral expression
• Responsible, assertive and with a strong sense of justice
• Good knowledge of a second official language

The Federal Office for Customs and Border Security ensures comprehensive security at the border -- for the benefit of the population, economy and state. It is well networked nationally and internationally. Its core tasks include the appropriate and rapid clearance of commercial goods, the swift flow of passenger traffic, the areas of security police and migration and, with criminal prosecution, it has its own investigative authority.
