HR Specialist

Contribute

• Processing of absence notifications in case of illness and accident as well as ensuring correct and timely processing.
• Reviewing certificates of incapacity for work for completeness as well as ensuring correct and timely recording in PEP and UKA Solution.
• Support and advice to managers and employees on all topics related to absence management in cooperation with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Support of the HRM team with various tasks throughout the entire HR life cycle.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training in the field of payroll and/or HR (e.g., HR Assistant)
• Proactive and solution-oriented case processing
• Structured, exact and independent way of working
• Strong teamwork skills, a pinch of humor and a high orientation towards service
