What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Enjoyment of a responsible and varied activity
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High social competence and much empathy in dealing with elderly people
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Ideally experience with the RAI-LTCF system or the willingness to develop further in it
• Experience or interest in dementia and Palliative Care is an advantage
