Your main tasks:

• Supports the Head of Finance in the development, modeling, and continuous further development of the long-term financial strategy of FAMBAU Genossenschaft.
• Creating transparency regarding the medium- and long-term financial development of the cooperative and linking financial planning with liquidity and investment planning, taking the real estate strategy into account.
• Preparing analyses, scenarios, and decision-making bases for the Head of Finance, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors.

Depending on your skills and strengths, you may take on additional tasks within the team.

This is how you convince us:

• higher education in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field of study
• several years of experience in operational and/or strategic financial planning and analysis as well as controlling
• very good understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• experience with budgeting and multi-year planning
• ability to build complex financial models and scenario analyses
• experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a high need for quality
• good knowledge of using accounting software (advantageous: Garaio-REM), MS-Office, BI reporting and planning systems
• responsible and conscientious personality, accustomed to working independently
• ability to work in a team and high social competence
