TECHNICAL CLERK – CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER PROCESSING

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Processing of rental and customer inquiries
• Support and consultation for customers
• Organization and coordination of orders and transports
• Provision, handover and return of rental equipment
• Control and documentation of the equipment condition
• Administrative support and cooperation with the workshop

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in a similar position or technical background, e.g., as an auto mechanic, is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and organizational tasks
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good German language skills
