In order to strengthen our team at the Longchamp Boutique in Lausanne, we are looking for a sales advisor at 80%-100%. This is a fixed-term mission, due to an upcoming maternity leave. The start date is ideally planned for November 1st, 2026, for approximately 12 months.

As a Sales Advisor, you embody the image of the House LONGCHAMP and its values: energy, authenticity, team spirit, and sustainability. You offer each customer a unique and personalized experience, while transmitting the values, heritage, and creativity of our House.

YOUR TASKS

• You represent the House Longchamp on the sales floor and offer professional, personalized, and attentive advice to a national and international clientele
• You actively contribute to the team spirit and to harmonious collaboration within the Boutique
• You accompany our clientele with professionalism and easily ensure cash operations as well as closures
• You ensure a careful and demanding presentation of our products as well as the proper maintenance of stock

YOUR PROFILE

• Training in retail (CFC), ideally in the fashion or luxury sector
• Great affinity for premium products and high-end accessories
• Passionate about personalized advice and customer relations
• Very good knowledge of German and English; mastery of an additional language is an asset
• Autonomous, committed, motivated, you enjoy teamwork
• Neat presentation and professional attitude
• You know how to remain committed and efficient during periods of high traffic.
