Dispatcher in Personnel Deployment «Fahrgastzählung»

• As a personnel dispatcher: you plan and schedule the assignments of around 18 control counters and ensure economical and demand-oriented personnel deployment.
• You ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the control counts and support the evaluation of the collected data.
• As a technical contact person, you accompany and instruct the control counters in their daily work.
• You perform the working time and expense recording of the control counters reliably and independently.
• You coordinate the execution of the counting orders, monitor their execution, and ensure the return of the survey data.
• With your specialist knowledge, you actively contribute to the further development of processes and systems and participate in projects and working groups.

• In your role as a dispatcher: you think in a networked and analytical manner, work in an orientation to solutions, and convince through your structured way of working and your organizational talent.
• In a dynamic environment, you maintain an overview and bring the necessary assertiveness to successfully coordinate different stakeholder groups.
• At least two years of experience in dispatching distinguishes you. Knowledge of SBB, public transport, or operational business is an advantage.
• You have a basic commercial training or a comparable training. Further training in the commercial field, for example a federal diploma of higher education, is an advantage.
• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of CERES or SAP is an advantage.
• Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good French skills (at least level B2) round off your profile.
