Your tasks

• Responsibility for internal sales administration
• Management and maintenance of customer files in physical and digital form
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data, customer hierarchies as well as price parameters in ERP and CRM Dynamics
• Creation, processing and follow-up of sales contracts
• Preparation of offers, sales statistics and reports
• Correspondence with customers and business partners in German, French and English
• Administrative support to external sales service employees and sales management
• Participation in the organization of customer seminars, training and trade fairs
• Coordination and management of disposal orders
• Control and allocation of disposal invoices
• General administrative and organizational work such as correspondence, presentations, technical data sheets and offers

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training or equivalent training
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of French and English orally and in writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
