You are part of the vocational training team. Your tasks • You take responsibility for practical training and accompany several learners and students in the department • You plan learning accompaniments and support learners in their learning process • You develop, plan and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in cooperation with the education officer • You conduct location and qualification discussions with learners and students and document the learning processes of learners and students in a traceable and structured manner • You plan the implementation of competency tests and IPA and carry them out • You are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating qualification procedures in the HF study program Your profile • You have completed training as a diplomaed nursing specialist HF, FaGe EFZ or have equivalent training with SRK recognition • You have one year of professional experience in the field of nursing. • You have completed the vocational trainer course and have an SVEB certificate as a trainer or are willing to complete it • You are a communicative person, are socially competent and have team spirit.
