In the areas of Buckle Switches, Seat Sensors, Position Sensors, Electronics & Lightings, Wire Harnesses, and Services, Polycontact sets standards for safety-relevant applications together with the production plant in Romania. To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for you as: Logistics All-Rounder (50%) Your area of responsibility includes: • Receiving goods, recording incoming goods, and relocating them in the warehouse (physically and in the system) • Managing and adapting storage locations • Refilling and monitoring the Kanban system • Equipping, storing, and completing production orders (physically and EDV) • Packing, labeling, palletizing, and storing finished products • Preparing and loading shipments • Conducting and settling inventory • Creating and monitoring production and initial sample orders • Maintaining master data, parts lists, work schedules, and calculations in the system (Penta) • Production planning and controlling production orders for correct bookings • Creating and maintaining parts lists in the ERP system • Checking, recording, and managing customer orders, including delivery quantities and deadlines • Creating delivery notes, invoices, shipping orders, and export documents • Ordering one-time requirements Our requirements for you: • Reliable and accurate working method • Good IT skills, ideally experience with Penta or similar systems • Organizational talent and independent working method • Teamwork and flexibility • Interest in logistical processes and production processes • Operating forklifts • Good German and English skills We offer you: You can expect an exciting and varied activity in a dynamic market environment of the automotive industry.
