Job description
The association Kindertagesstätte Niederurnen, hereinafter referred to as "Chindervilla Niederurnen", is a professionally managed daycare center that was opened in 2008. Approximately 24 children are cared for daily in two mixed-age groups from the age of 3 months until they transition to kindergarten. We are looking for a committed and responsible personality as KITA Manager 60% as of 01. December 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks:

Pedagogical, organizational, administrative and personnel management of the KITA
Ability to combine business principles with pedagogical needs
Personal responsibility in the leadership of the employees
Creation of a positive and enriching environment for children, parents and employees
Maintenance and expansion of a trusting cooperation with parents, the board and authorities
Ensuring the quality and further development of the childcare services
regular participation in the daily childcare routine of the KITA
Your profile:

sympathetic and winning personality with completed pedagogical training and several years of professional and leadership experience in the pedagogical and administrative area
High reliability as well as goal- and solution-oriented action
Resilience, loyalty, independence and a strong sense of responsibility
high communication, conflict and reflection skills
sound knowledge in the development and implementation of pedagogical concepts
