Head of Product (m/f/x)

As Head of Product (m/f/x), you will lead the entire product organization at Bring! Labs, including Product Management, UX Research, UX Design, and Customer Support. In this role, you will report directly to the CTO and be part of the leadership team. You will ensure that our product strategy, organization, and implementation optimally support the company goals. This is primarily a leadership function. We are looking for an experienced leader who creates clarity, promotes responsibility, and develops high-performing teams. Furthermore, you will take on a central role in steering strategic, cross-functional initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation across multiple teams. Your tasks You lead, coach, and develop the product organization with seven direct reports. Together with the Product Managers, you translate the company strategy into a clear and prioritized product roadmap. You define and measure product success using clear goals, KPIs, and data-driven decisions. You consistently promote a customer-centric mindset and align user needs with commercial goals. You lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment, progress, and successful implementation across multiple teams. You continuously establish and optimize our processes and standards in product development. You prioritize competing requirements between the squads and work closely with the Engineering management. You are responsible for the organization of the product area, recruiting, budget, as well as long-term personnel planning. You promote a culture of self-responsibility, accountability, and high performance orientation within the entire product organization. At least 6 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in leading experienced product professionals, successfully guiding organizational changes, and implementing complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Experience in building and scaling software products or digital platforms. Strong leadership skills with the ability to formulate clear expectations, consistently drive their implementation, and make difficult decisions when necessary. Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking with the ability to align user needs, company goals, and revenue potential, as well as successfully collaborate with Sales and other commercial stakeholders. Experience in translating company strategies into successful product initiatives and their implementation. Excellent communication skills as well as confident stakeholder management at all levels. Sound understanding of modern product management methods as well as sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams.
