Tasks

• Technical leadership of a team of installers in the field of photovoltaic installation
• Coordination and monitoring of workflows on the construction site
• Ensuring the timely completion of PV systems according to quality standards
• Verifying compliance with safety regulations and work instructions
• Technical support for the team and contact person for site managers, customers, and subcontractors
• Documentation of project progress and preparation of reports

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the craft sector, ideally in the electrical or roofing industry
• Several years of experience in the installation of photovoltaic systems
• Initial experience in leading teams desirable
• Knowledge of occupational safety and handling technical drawings
• High degree of responsibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel and driving license class B
