Introduction

For our client, an established medical diagnostic center in the Northwest Switzerland region, we are looking for a committed specialist doctor or specialist doctor for pathology FMH. Tasks

• Independent histopathological reporting of outpatient and inpatient patient samples
• Performance of rapid intraoperative diagnosis as well as participation in molecular pathology and dermatopathology
• Creation of precise diagnostic assessments as a basis for clinical therapy decisions
• Close cooperation with clinics, specialist doctors, and other medical partners
• Performance of consultation activities and professional exchange with interdisciplinary teams
• Active participation in certified tumor boards and specialized professional committees
• Co-design and further development of diagnostic standards and processes

Profile

• Specialist title Pathology FMH or equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland (MEBEKO recognition)
• Professional experience in pathology, ideally with a focus on cytopathology and/or molecular pathology
• Interest in professional development in the areas of dermatopathology, cytopathology, or molecular pathology
• Very good German skills (at least level C1)
• High professional competence, precise way of working, and awareness of quality
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and scientific exchange
