Plant Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for our customer, a well-known company in the Winterthur (ZH) region, as soon as possible or by arrangement, for a motivated and reliable personality as a Plant Operator.

Your tasks:

• Controlling processes: You safely operate automated production and packaging plants, load them with material, and always keep the ongoing operation under control.
• Ensuring flow: You monitor production, carry out targeted parameter adjustments, and thus guarantee an uninterrupted material flow.
• Preventing downtime: In the event of minor malfunctions, you intervene directly on site, rectify the cause expeditiously, and maintain high plant availability.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Foundation: Technical basic training or several years of demonstrable practice on complex industrial plants.
• Intelligence & foresight: Strong technical understanding, a forward-looking way of thinking, and fast reaction time.
• Attitude: High awareness of safety and hygiene as well as an independent way of working.
