YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Shared responsibility for needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Competent and individual nursing and care of our patients, taking into account the nursing mission statement
• Independent working in a tandem
• Accompanying trainees and interns in everyday professional life as a daily reference person
• Forwarding observations, measures, as well as changes in patients to the responsible registered nurse

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ)
• Corresponding recognition by the SRK for foreign diplomas

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Teamwork skills and the ability to guide employees
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
