YOUR TASKS - VERSATILE, RESPONSIBLE AND WITH ROOM FOR CREATIVITY

You -

• undertake individual, resource-oriented, and professional nursing and care of our residents.
• take on responsibility as a daily responsible person and also actively pitch in in everyday nursing.
• undertake the professional accompaniment and responsibility for our HF students in practice and actively help shape their learning process.
• receive defined office and administration days for this, which give you space for your training and leadership tasks.
• work closely with the person responsible for training in the company and together ensure professional and continuous training quality.
• plan and conduct practice-transfer days and thus create a valuable connection between theory and practice.
• conduct progress meetings and qualifications and constructively accompany our students on their way to becoming a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF.
