What to expect During your one-year internship, you will dive deep into the world of personnel consulting and, amidst the airport hustle and bustle, take on exciting tasks in our team from the very beginning: • Talent Management: You look after our talents throughout the entire application and assignment process. • Relationship Building: You conduct telephone and personal conversations with candidates and accompany them on their career paths. • Support & Consulting: You are the first point of contact for our employees and competently support them with their concerns. • Administration: You professionally maintain and update our candidate and customer data. • A look behind the scenes: You support us in looking after existing customers and gain exciting insights into working with companies. • Getting a taste of field service: You accompany our consultants on customer visits and experience the world of personnel consulting and sales firsthand. • Networking: You build up your own network of talents and companies step by step. • Personal Responsibility: You work independently, set priorities, and take on responsibility for your tasks early on. Qualifications What you bring with you • Completed commercial training, studies, or a comparable qualification. • Fascination for the airport work environment and joy in dealing with people. • Strong communication skills as well as a positive charisma and team spirit. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are a clear plus for us at the airport. • Confident handling of common MS Office applications. • A structured, reliable, and independent way of working with high initiative. • Great motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility during this intensive year.
