For our customer in the region, we are looking for an engaged and qualified person as Polymechaniker EFZ (m/w/d) 80–100% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: • Programming, setting up, and operating conventional as well as CNC-controlled machines • Manufacturing mechanical individual parts and assemblies according to technical drawings • Monitoring production processes while maintaining quality standards and deadline requirements • Carrying out measurements and quality controls during and after production • Maintenance and repair of machines, tools, and operating resources • Collaboration in optimizing production processes and workflows • Assistance in machining production in the team • Completion of administrative and organizational tasks in the production environment Your profile: • Completed basic training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ (absolutely required) • Several years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines, ideally with Mastercam • Knowledge of CNC turning and/or milling, preferably with Siemens, Heidenhain, or Fanuc • Technical understanding, precise and quality-conscious work • Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality • Good PC user skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking • Ideally, training as an Arbeitsagogin/Arbeitsagoge or extensive experience working with people with disabilities • Willingness to work shifts (depending on the operation, required) Job details: • Type of employment: Temporary employment with option for permanent employment • Start date: Immediately or by agreement • Scope: 80–100% (full-time) --- We offer: • A challenging and varied activity in an exciting work environment • Modern infrastructure and a collegial, motivated team • Opportunity for personal and professional development • Temporary employment with a clear perspective on permanent employment Interested?
