IT Sourcing & hunting: identification and direct approach of scarce and high-value profiles. Recruitment: conducting interviews, situational assessments, evaluation of skills and the suitability of candidates with mission needs and company culture. Tenders: detecting needs and compiling files for public markets. Follow-up & retention: integration and career monitoring of consultants on mission. Client relationship: continuous listening to needs and monitoring client satisfaction. Your profile Experience: successful experience in recruitment and knowledge of IT professions. You master conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. Assets: excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, organization and listening skills. Presence: position at 80 to 100 % on-site in Porrentruy. Languages: fluent French (C1/C2), English (B2), German (B2).
