Your role:
For our construction law and spatial development department, we are looking for a versatile personality who independently processes building applications, from the preliminary examination to the construction law decision, on behalf of the municipalities we support.
Depending on your interest, exciting tasks in municipal spatial planning (structural and usage planning, design plans, etc.) are also part of your area of work.
What awaits you with us:
Collaboration in advising municipal building administrations on construction and planning topics (with the possibility of independently leading a municipal mandate)
Legal examination of building applications as well as processing of related issues
Basic education / experience:
Training in the field of "Architecture" (e.g., as Zeichner/in EFZ, Architekt/in FH/ETH) or in public administration (advantageously with activities in the building department) or
Studies in law (such as lic. iur., Bachelor, Master) or
professional experience in Zurich planning and construction law
You bring with you:
