Responsibilities ### • Accompany and supervise people with disabilities. • Develop and implement individualized educational projects. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. • Ensure administrative follow-up and write observation reports. • Participate in team meetings and continuous training. Qualifications ### • Recognized Specialized Educator diploma in Switzerland. • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland. • Excellent relational skills and ability to work in a team. • Good command of French, both spoken and written. • Driver's license (an asset).
