Your tasks Collaboration on and (depending on experience) independent management of client projects in the areas of real estate, SMEs, business succession, growth, and refinancing Analysis of annual financial statements, cash flows, business models, business plans, and existing capital structures Development and assessment of individual financing structures, including classic bank financing as well as alternative financing solutions Preparation of financing dossiers, information memoranda, models, decision templates, and presentations Direct contact with entrepreneurs, CFOs, real estate investors, as well as banks and alternative financing partners Maintenance and further development of existing client and financing partner relationships, as well as enjoyment of personal exchange and participation in external events Collaboration in the further development of our internal processes and consulting services, and with appropriate experience, technical support for junior team members Your skillset Several years of professional experience in banking, corporate banking, corporate finance, debt advisory, real estate, fiduciary, finance department, or a comparable environment Completed banking or fiduciary training with professional experience and/or further education or studies at a university or technical college in finance, banking, economics, real estate, or a related field Enjoyment of direct client contact as well as the willingness to take on responsibility step-by-step in financing projects Strong quantitative skills and an eye for detail.
