Your mission

You ensure that planning becomes functional building services.

Depending on your experience, you will progressively assume more responsibility.

Your tasks include:

• Global coordination of HVACSE trades across all project phases
• Direction of contractors, specialized planners, and experts
• Management of safety, quality, costs, and deadlines
• Technical control and optimization of execution and detail plans
• Identification and resolution of complex interfaces
• Support of commissioning, functional tests, and acceptances
• Participation in tenders, awards, and amendments
• Guarantee of quality, safety, and profitability
• Active contribution to the innovation of construction and commissioning processes

You ensure that highly complex building services do exactly what they are supposed to do in the end.

• Training in the field of building services, electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary or equivalent
• Higher education (HF, FH) or comparable qualification is an asset
• Experience as a specialized site manager, site manager, project manager, or HVACSE specialist
• Interest in complex construction projects
• Structured working method and entrepreneurial spirit
• Pleasure in developing solutions in a team
