Lawyer with professional experience (2-4 years) (M&A/Private Equity/Venture Capital) Your next stage in the world of transactions You have already gained several years of experience in M&A, Private Equity or Venture Capital transactions and want to take on more responsibility on deals? As an Associate in the M&A/Private Equity/Venture Capital team of VISCHER in Zürich, you are the direct contact person for our domestic and foreign clients and advance our junior employees professionally. You advise renowned Private Equity houses, Venture Capital funds, Family Offices and entrepreneurs. You accompany complex transactions from the Term Sheet to completion, draft the transaction documents and play a decisive role in negotiations. You use your analytical skills, your experience and your entrepreneurial spirit directly to achieve success for our clients in a dynamic and collegial environment.
