As Group Legal Manager, you play a key role in securing the Group's activities and supporting operational teams in an international industrial environment.
As a true business partner, you intervene on all legal subjects related to commercial, regulatory, and data governance activities.
Reporting to the Commercial Director / Marketing & Legal, you evolve at the heart of the Group's strategic issues and ensure the management of the legal function, including the management of the Intellectual Property Lawyer.

• Contract law & operational support
• Manage "contract management" (including negotiation, drafting, review, and structuring), from both the sales and purchasing perspectives, in order to establish the company's best contractual practices ;
