Corporate Client Advisor (m/f/d)

For our client, an established, regionally strongly anchored Swiss financial institution in the St. Gallen / Rheintal area, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and strong-acquisition personality for corporate client advisory.

Your new challenge

In this versatile position, you will take on the holistic support of local and regional companies. You will accompany your clientele through all business phases and actively develop the corporate client portfolio.

Your tasks:

• Portfolio responsibility: Independent, success-oriented support and further development of an established corporate client base.
• Market development & acquisition: Holistic advice for existing customers as well as targeted development of new business relationships in the region.
• Credit process: Elaboration, analysis, and risk assessment of complex credit applications including preparation of decision documents.
• Projects & responsibility: Active participation in internal projects and gradual assumption of additional functions within the team.
• Junior talent development: Professional support and co-shaping of the training of apprentices.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Education: Completed banking training with subject-specific further training (e.g., HF, FH, professional diploma) or a business administration degree.
• Professional experience: Several years of practice in the support and acquisition of corporate clients in the Swiss banking environment.
• Expertise: Sound knowledge in corporate financing and investment business as well as a good understanding of legal, tax, and business administration contexts.
• Personality: Winning charisma, high advisory competence, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial drive.
• System knowledge: Familiarity with the software Finnova is an advantage.
