Tasks

The UZH3 team is looking for a student assistant for the following tasks:

• Management of the platform (e.g., administration, preparation and organization of the modules)
• User support and helpline (lecture days)
• Supervision of the live transmission (Zoom) as well as problem solving
• Backup for the supervision of the livestream from the lecture hall
• Preparing, editing and cutting the lecture videos for the video library
• Further administrative, organizational tasks in connection with the platform
• Collaboration with Team UZH3 outside of lecture times as required

Profile

Ideally, you are already in a Master's program and are flexible and ready to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. We look forward to getting to know you if, in addition, you possess a high degree of independence and responsibility, bring very good communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written), like to use your digital skills and see yourself as a team player. Work experience with customer contact (also from internships or volunteering) and initial knowledge in platform management or with a CMS are desired but not a requirement.
