Screed Layer 100%

Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. Currently, we are looking for a screed layer 100% for our customer.

Your tasks:

• Check, prepare, and clean substrates
• Lay insulation and separation layers
• Install screed floors made of cement, anhydrite, or other materials
• Mix, apply, distribute, and smooth materials
• Control and maintain heights and gradients
• Professionally apply edge insulation strips and joints
• Process surfaces and prepare them for further floor construction
• Perform work on construction sites independently and in a team
• Operate and maintain machines and tools
• Conduct quality controls and leave construction sites clean

Your profile:

• Completed training as a screed layer EFZ or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in the installation of cement, anhydrite, or flow screeds
• Good knowledge of substrate preparation and insulation
• Confident handling of machines and tools
• Good understanding of heights, dimensions, and gradients
• Independent and careful way of working
• Good physical resilience
• Manual dexterity
• Quality awareness and reliable way of working
• Driving license Cat. B is an advantage
