In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Department which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Sickness loss of earnings benefits manager, between 80% and 100%, in charge of the settlement of files. The missions that await you: Ensure the complete and autonomous management of sickness loss of earnings files of the assigned portfolio. Apply the general insurance conditions. Evaluate the right to daily allowance benefits. Collaborate with the Care Managers, the medical advisors and the various internal services. Implement external expertises. Conduct telephone interviews with the insured and the clients. Your profile: Federal diploma in insurance or training deemed equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the field of benefits / claims in life insurance. French native speaker, with a very good command of Italian (min. level B2). Very good knowledge of standard IT tools (MS Office). Managing files in a complete and autonomous manner, analyzing situations and making precise decisions does not scare you?
