In this context, we are currently looking for a: Management Controller (M/F/X) Creation of function \- permanent position \| Watchmaking \| La Chaux\-de\-Fonds As part of the creation of a position, we are currently supporting an industrial SME of approximately 70 employees based in La Chaux\-de\-Fonds and recognized for its expertise in watchmaking subcontracting. In order to support its growth and strengthen the steering of its performance, we are looking for a: Industrial Management Controller (M/F) Your mission Reporting to the Management, you take the responsibility to create, structure, and develop the management control function within the company. A true partner to the operational teams and the Management, you provide a clear and factual vision of the economic performance of the company. Your role consists of transforming financial and industrial data into relevant indicators allowing for the guidance of strategic and operational decisions. In this highly autonomous function, you will notably be required to: • Implement the tools, methods, and management control indicators adapted to industrial activity • Construct and ensure the monitoring of management dashboards intended for the Management and department heads • Analyze production costs, margins, variances, and the profitability of various activities • Participate in the development of cost prices and profitability analyses by product, client, or activity • Support production managers in monitoring their indicators and understanding results • Identify levers for improving industrial and financial performance • Participate in the establishment of budgets, forecasts, and action plans • Perform ad hoc analyses intended to support the strategic decisions of the company • Structure and ensure the reliability of data from different management systems • Participate in the evolution of reporting tools and the improvement of steering processes Your profile • Higher education in Finance, Management Control, or Business Economics (HEG, University or equivalent) • First successful experience in a management control function in a Swiss industrial environment • Good understanding of production mechanisms and challenges related to industrial costs • Strong analytical, synthesis, and data interpretation skills • Excellent mastery of Excel as well as high proficiency with IT tools • Experience with an industrial ERP and ideally with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or equivalent) • Sensitivity to information systems and data quality • Ability to work autonomously and to build a newly created function • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with various stakeholders, from the workshop to the Management • Pragmatic, rigorous, proactive, and results-oriented personality Our client offers you: • A rare opportunity to create and develop a strategic function within a recognized company in its field • Great autonomy and close proximity to the Management • A stimulating industrial environment, blending technical expertise and quality requirements • A transverse role at the heart of the company's decisions • The possibility to have a concrete and lasting impact on the organization's performance • Employment conditions in line with the responsibilities of the position Do you wish to take on an entrepreneurial challenge within an agile and recognized SME, where your expertise will contribute directly to structuring the steering and performance of the company?
