Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of nationwide field assignments
• Planning of appointments as well as assembly and coordination of installation teams
• Technical support and monitoring of the work performed at the customer's site
• Analysis of malfunctions, defects, and technical problems on-site
• Execution of minor dismantling and corrective work if required
• Development and coordination of suitable solution measures
• Creation of reports for customers and internal quality management
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external installation partners
• Participation in operations between field assignments
• Commissioning as well as troubleshooting in control systems at the plant level

Your profile:

• Training as an electrician, electronics technician, automation technician or comparable electrotechnical qualification
• Technical understanding and good IT affinity
• Experience in handling aerial work platforms or corresponding license is an advantage
• Independent, resilient, reliable, and well-organized personality
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Readiness for assignments throughout Switzerland
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language and driver's license category B
• Willingness to travel in Switzerland
