Integrated into the heart of a large recognized institution, the hospital of the Institution of Lavigny is one of the Romandy reference centers for patients with brain injuries requiring neurological rehabilitation, or suffering from difficult-to-treat epilepsy. Open since July 1, 2024, the University Service of Neurorehabilitation (SUN) is an innovative structure linking two institutions, the CHUV and the Hospital of Lavigny. With 75 beds and nearly 200 collaborators, the SUN provides highly specialized and interdisciplinary care in academic neurorehabilitation, for more than 500 hospitalized patients and nearly 2000 outpatient patients per year. Within the care team of the Hospital Department of Lavigny, we are looking for: Nurse 80-100% CDI Your missions: Organize and provide nursing care in accordance with the patient's clinical pathway in neurological rehabilitation, in collaboration with the entire interdisciplinary team, and in partnership with the hospitalized patient and their loved ones Integrate the patient's rehabilitation objectives into daily care Provide medical acts, usually delegated to nursing staff on medical prescription Inform, guide, and advise the patient and their entourage Inspire and participate in health education and promotion measures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in the training and development of colleagues, nursing students, interns, apprentices, and auxiliary staff. Your profile: A nurse HES or general care training, or equivalent title Ability to work in interdisciplinarity Experience in neurology and rehabilitation or interest in training in this field Practitioner training and/or company trainer is an asset Good adaptability and sense of responsibility.
