Your responsibility:

• Strategic direction and maintenance of all continuing education offers of the continuing vocational education (Higher vocational education, quaternary education, free courses, KIGA courses)
• Personnel responsibility for approximately ten lecturers as well as for vocational school teachers who provide continuing education courses on a part-time basis, from recruitment to regular further training
• Substantive, methodological and didactic development of the continuing education courses
• Organizational and financial responsibility for the continuing education department
• Part of the extended school management

Your background:

• Ability to network and sociability, especially with associations and organizations of the working world
• Teaching qualification for secondary level II, vocational pedagogical qualification (or equivalent)
• Business-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action
• School management training or leadership training or the willingness to complete such
• Communication skills
• Leadership
• Innovative thinking and enjoyment of developing

BBZ BL is active in the training and continuing education of 40 different professions. We are looking for a new head for our diverse range of continuing vocational education offers. We are innovative, ISO-certified and committed to lifelong learning. In August 2028, we will move to the brand new Campus Polyfeld at Kriegackerstrasse in Muttenz as our new school location.
