You accompany customers and sellers throughout the pre-sales process, from analysis to commercial design, including solution strategy. To do this, you combine technical expertise with a good understanding of market trends and customer requirements. You move easily between architecture, consulting, and solution design. You contribute to the development of the connectivity and managed services portfolio. Development of modern network and connectivity solutions for customers in the areas of enterprise networks LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/SASE/network security/hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity/network automation Strategic support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase during customer workshops, tenders, and customer presentations Understand customer needs by offering scalable and attractive solutions Development of pricing models, services, and lifecycle Close cooperation with engineers and partners to develop the connectivity portfolio Preferred contact person for customers for technological and strategic questions related to modern network and connectivity architectures Your profile Degree in business management, computer science, engineering, or equivalent continuing education (university/HES/ES or equivalent) Several years of experience in the field of ICT solutions, connectivity, or network - ideally in a pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture role Experience with partners or platforms such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, or comparable technologies is an advantage Understanding of business challenges, managed services, and service-based economic models Customer and solution-oriented, combined with strategic thinking Solid communication, presentation, and animation skills Ability to convey complex technical topics in a comprehensible and business-oriented manner Very good knowledge of French and English, German is an asset Place of work: Bussigny or Satigny Why join us?
