To strengthen the intensive care service, the HIB's care management is looking for a: Clinical Nurse Specialist in Intensive Care 80 to 100%. Your mission The intensive care unit has 6 hospitalization beds. Its mission is to ensure the care of adult patients in the Broye region suffering from multiple and unstable pathologies. The service works closely with the entire hospital's technical platform and institutional multidisciplinary actors. The care team consists of around 20 EPT under the supervision of a specialized ICUS. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Exercise a clinical practice half-time directly with patients Evaluate and analyze complex care situations and propose necessary actions Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the clinical manager Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice for the benefit of quality, safety, and efficiency of care Ensure supportive and empowering clinical supervision to the care team members Contribute to the development of the team's skills, reorganization of the service, and accompany change Define and monitor clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in care Your assets You have a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and, ideally, a specialization in intensive care, as well as 5 years of experience in the field of hospital care. Proactive in nature, your technical, organizational, and relational skills allow you to offer quality care. With a good sense of communication, you have a marked interest in care quality and multidisciplinary collaboration. You demonstrate leadership, real clinical leadership, and creativity.
